International Partnership for Human Rights (IPHR) offers internships at its Brussels office to students and recent graduates of human rights, political science, law, international relations, journalism or other similar programs. Internships are full-time or part-time and typically last 3-6 months, as agreed in each case. Interns take part in the implementation of our current programs and projects but also provide administrative and technical assistance.
We expect interns to have a genuine interest in human rights, to be committed to promoting our mandate and to possess basic knowledge of human rights work. Previous work experience and/or language knowledge relevant to our target countries is a benefit. Due to limited capacity, we are not able to accommodate more than one or two interns at a time.
