International Partnership for Human Rights (IPHR) and the Human Rights Center (HRC) invite civil society organisations registered in Tajikistan to apply for a subgrant to conduct independent monitoring of the trial stage and the penitentiary system as part of a broader rule of law monitoring initiative.

Following the initial call for applications, the call for Lots 5 and 6 is being extended to provide an additional opportunity for eligible organisations to apply. Using a common monitoring methodology, the selected organisations will assess legislation and practice against international standards and prepare analytical reports with findings and recommendations.

The activity is implemented within the EU-funded project Support to Civil Society Actions Promoting the Rule of Law for All in Tajikistan.

The full descriptions of the lots 5 and 6, including eligibility criteria, application requirements and deadlines, can be downloaded below in Russian.
