The second issue of the e-newsletter published by the NGO coalitions against torture in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan together with the Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights (HFHR, Poland) and International Partnership for Human Rights (IPHR, Belgium) is now available.

For this issue, published on 10 December to coincide with Human Rights Day, International Partnership for Human Rights (IPHR) conducted an interview with Elisa Musaeva, a Vienna-based human rights defender and psychologist, who headed the Chechnya and Ingushetia offices of the Human Rights Center “Memorial“ from 2000 to 2004.
